A graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, he earned his degree in Business Administration and Marketing, laying a strong foundation for a career rooted in innovation, leadership, and service.
With over 14 years of corporate experience in sales and marketing, Ricky brings a strategic mindset and a relentless drive to the Undr Rated brand. His journey through the corporate world sharpened his expertise, but his heart has always remained with the Undr Rated — the everyday legends who move the world forward without the spotlight.
